Further to education on field and complementary training (internal & external) within paint industry I have been appointed to manage the French production unit of the Group to introduce and to implement the requested action plans with the goal to reach the objectives fixed on selected KPIs, mainly within following fields of activity:
- production efficiency rate
- stock management (RMs, packing materials and FGs)
- quality and service
- safety, security and environment
- staff management, in cooperation with Staff manager and being chairman of CE (Company committee) and DP (Staff representatives)
- EDP (local development of more efficient programs + preparation work to implement a new ERP Group system)
- conformance with regulation related to ICPE (plant with risky activities), SEVESO high level plant
- transport of dangerous goods
The above require to be chairman of CHSCT (HSE committee) and to be qualified as Safety advisor.
For last 4 years: implementation of a local plan to align and to develop the French production unit within the EU Supply Chain: meaning doubling of the production volume within the last 3 years in terms of Supply Chain Europe Concept, production costs, production plan, purchasing, quality level, HSE, methods, logistics, etc… with clear respect of the local regulations.
Preparation plan to launch out “Hempalean project” (Lean manufacturing)
Staff management of 67 persons (CDI) + temporary workers (up to + 20 CDD) and with the support of a team of 2 middle managers, 6 foremen organized on 2 shifts + limited night shift (5).

- productivité
- gestion des stocks (MP, emballages et PF)
- qualité et service
- sécurité et environnement
- gestion sociale, en coopération avec DRH et participation aux CE et réunions DP
- informatisation (participation au système développé + implantation future d’un nouvel ERP)
- conformité aux règles d’exploitation des ICPE, site SEVESO seuil haut
- transport de matières dangereuses
Ce qui, entre autres, conduit aux responsabilités de Président du CHSCT et de Conseiller Sécurité.
Depuis 4 ans : application du programme d’intégration et de développement de l’unité de production France au sein de la Supply Chain Europe : doublement du volume fabriqué sur les 3 dernières années avec objectifs d’alignement sur le cahier des charges Supply Chain Europe, en terme de coûts de production, de planification, d’approvisionnements, de Qualité, d’HSE, de méthodes, de logistique, etc… tout en veillant à la conformité du site aux dispositions légales locales.
